Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Confirmation Required:
Before initiating a return, please contact our service team to confirm the return request.

2. Eligibility for Size Exchanges:
Returns are only eligible for size exchanges, provided the requested size is still in stock.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

3. Time Frame for Returns:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this 7-day window.

4. Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that we do not offer refunds; exchanges are only available for sizing purposes.

5. Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Cancellation Policy

At MAVEN & Co., we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, please review our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at manav8676@gmail.com
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return (see our Return & Exchange Policy).

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be canceled after they are placed.
If production has not started, we may consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing times vary based on your bank or payment provider but typically take 15 - 18 business days.

4. Late or Failed Cancellations
If you miss the cancellation window, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange after receiving the item.
We are not responsible for failed cancellations due to incorrect information or missed deadlines.
